Inclusivity and Equality in Perspective: Exploring LGBTQ+ Rights in Korea, Japan, and Thailand

Prof. In Hyuk Suh, lecturer of the King Sejong Institute Bangkok 2, together with Prof. Mei Haruna, lecturer of the Japanese Program, and students of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences served as the guest speakers for “Perspectives on Inclusion and Equality: Exploring LGBTQ+ Rights in Korea, Japan, and Thailand”, at the GCNT Expo 2025: Forward SDGs Faster Together, which aimed to unite efforts toward a sustainable world, included a discussion on the progress of LGBTQIAN+ rights in the three countries, with in-depth insights into how culture, politics, and society influence each country’s approach to inclusion and equality.
